What’s Happening With California’s High-Speed Rail System.
Well, most of the action is in the courts and in boardrooms. I hate that. The system will get built and I sure as hell hope that when it finally does, that the fact that it got built in a state with pretty strict environmental rules and prevailed anyway, will dampen the enthusiasm of the NIMBYs.
